Der Kurs wird mit mind. 2 wechselnden Referenten und Tutoren, US-Geräten und Simulatoren durchgeführt. Die Übungszeit am US-Gerät mit Proband beträgt 12UE
Erläuterungen zu Probanden
der Aufbaukurs findet in den Räumen des Schallware Campus statt und bietet Probanden, sowie einbestellte Probanden/Patienten für Demonstrationen, sowie Probanden verschiedener Alter an.
Die Übungen an den US-Geräten werden von Tutoren und Referenten wie in einem üblichen Aufbaukurs begleitet.
Der Einsatz der Simulatoren ersetzt nicht die Übungszeit am US-Gerät, sondern findet zusätzlich und im Verbund mit Vorträgen statt (daher 4 Tage statt 3).
Dabei unterstützen Pathologien am Simulator mit Erkärungen von Referenten und Tutoren:
u.a. Leberzirrhose, Aszites, Leberherde (Hämangiom, Zyste, Metastase, andere), chronische Cholezystistis, mechanische Cholestase, chronische Pankreatitis, chronische Niereninsuffizienz, Splenomegalie, Pleuraerguss
Zur weiteren Unterstützung können auch 3D Modelle, Vortragsfolien, Videos und Übungen, raeumliche Segmentationen an Realvolumen (Lebersegmente) mit Feedback interaktiv am Simulatorarbeitsplatz herangezogen werden.
Das elektronische Teilnehmerzertifikat wird die Befundung der tatsächlich untersuchten Patienten am Simulator ausweisen
